The sauna will be reserved exclusively for your group. Opening hours group:Monday-Fridaykl.11:00-23:00Saturday-Sundaykl.13:00-17:00 Price: NOK 1,500.Group BookingHow It WorksChoose whether you want drop-in (with others) or make a reservation for the whole sauna for your group (max 15 people).Pay for your booking using Visa, Mastercard, or Vipps.Arrive at your booked time and open the doors to the sauna with the code you received by SMS or email.Start the sauna by pressing the small button on the wall to your right as you enter through the front door. Press the button for 3 seconds! It takes about 15 minutes for the sauna to get properly warm.Change into your bathing suits in the wardrobes.Enjoy your two hours of relaxation in the sauna!RulesOpening Hours: The sauna is open from 05:00 to 23:00. On Saturdays and Sundays, group bookings are available between 13:00 and 17:00. Group bookings are not available on weekdays between 05:00 and 11:00.Shower with soap before entering the sauna.Bathing suits must be worn in the sauna.Sit on a towel in the sauna.Maximum of 15 people in the sauna.The sauna must be vacated no later than 10 minutes before the booking ends.Minimum age to use the sauna without adult supervision is 18 years.All activity in the sauna and during bathing is at your own risk. Do not swim alone or out of sight of others. Diving is not permitted.Be aware that outdoor areas may have slippery floors.Only use fresh water on the heater. If using essential oils, be considerate of other guests in the sauna.Be considerate of others. Remember that some guests appreciate peace and quiet in the sauna. Indecent behavior is not tolerated.If you feel uncomfortable, dizzy, or sleepy, leave the sauna immediately.Smoking is not allowed in the sauna.Food and snus (tobacco) are not allowed in the sauna.Alcohol is not allowed in the sauna.Make sure the sauna is tidy when you leave.Where is it?Grønnes Sjøbad sauna is located at Grønnes, a beach just a short walk from the city center. The address is Grønnes 43.Directions:Starting point - Spira Community Centre (address: Elvegaten 1).Walk over the pedestrian bridge toward Rema 1000 and Felleskjøpet.Walk along the caravan camp towards Lasta. Walk over the parking space and then go on the left side of Europris (between the Signaler building and Europris).Walk past a small playground and follow the street through some buildings (garages on the left and apartments on the right). Continue to follow the street past some townhouses to your right.Once you arrive at a parking space and a beach volleyball court you have arrived at Grønnes beach.
